If the season ended right now, the Phoenix Suns would in the playoffs. Yes, the Suns team that people believed would be the worst in the history of the franchise, and was in the running for the first overall pick in the stacked 2014 draft. That Suns team.  Defying all expectations, the Suns are 12-9 at the first quarter mark. While a lot of that is due to the success of the Dragic-Bledsoe backcourt, the frontcourt group has players who have made significant strides from last season. The frontcourt group contains tenacious defender P.J. Tucker, the returning sharpshooter Channing Frye, the newly discovered Miles Plumlee, the greatly improved twins Marcus and Markieff Morris, the former 5th overall pick Alex Len, and the reserve man Slava Kravtsov.
