Revenge is sweet.

The Suns exacted theirs in Phoenix tonight, when they beat the Sacramento Kings 116-107. They were previously 0-2 against the Kings this season, having missed a last second buzzer-beater the first time they met on the Kings turf.

It was a game of streaks, the Suns jumped to an early lead, but fell behind in the second quarter. They revived the pace in the second half, haning around a double digit lead from that point on. Both these teams are fast paced squads, but the SUns just ran them out of U.S> Airways Center.

‘The Dragic-Bledsoe tandem was fantastic tonight. Dragic put up 29 points, while Bledsoe put up a career high 28. Add to that that between the two of them, they shot 21-30 from the floor. Miles Plumlee also turned in an excellent performance. He held DeMarcus Cousins to 5-16 shooting, while putting up 12 points, all of them on dunks, and nine rebounds.

Rudy Gay, in his debut as a King, put up 24 points, while Isaiah Thomas, now the starter, put up 29.

The Suns shot 50% from deep, while holding the Kings to 31.6%. The game really came down to that, because other than that the game was statistically even. Both teams had 43 rebounds, Phoenix had one more turnover but also one more fastbreak point.

The Suns win streak improves to four games, and they are 13-9 on the year. They will play the Warriors in Phoenix on Sunday night.
